F = Five more rule (extra 5x)

O = One think at a time ( Assign single task with start/stop parameters)

C = Conquer procrastination ( Ask yourself 3 Qs)

      i) Do i have to do this?
     ii) Do i want it done, so its not on my mind?
     iii) Will it be any easier later?

U = Use your hand as BLINKERS (Put your mind as camera & eyes as aperture)

S = See as if for the first or last time ( next time your mind is a million miles around, simply look around you and SEE your surroundings)
